Locally

We believe that effective outreach begins with impacting the local community.   Currently we are involved with the following outreaches:  Russell County Women’s Battered Shelter also known as the Samaritan Christmas project, we commit annually to help as many families as we can at Christmas with gifts for the children, and food for the holidays

Elijah’s Barrel ministry allows us to serve our community as well as our own church body as needed with the love of Christ.  Not only will we be providing free food and meeting a physical need, we will also have an opportunity to share the truth of God with each person and introduce them to the one who can meet their spiritual needs.

Harvester Ministry is a ministry for the elderly and many facilities that we are partners with cater to their physical needs, but our mission at Courts of Praise is to provide spiritual support and to provide all aspects of worship and fellowship.  These are individuals who have defied all odds, weathered storms, and are still a vital part of our community.

 Global

Courts of Praise have been a strong advocate for Global Missions from its very beginning believing that the Great Commission is the essence of life in the church:     "Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age."  Matthew 28:18-20

MEXICO:       David Burkett and his family are missionaries to Mexico and they minister to physical needs by building homes in the villages and meeting spiritual needs by providing the Word of God.

BELGUIM:       Roger & Lilly Myers are missionaries to Belgium, building up the Body of Christ by establishing a Church for all to come and grow in God.

TBN:       Paul & Jan Crouch founded Trinity Broadcasting Network.  They are circling the globe with the Gospel of Jesus Christ through Television.
